You Develop the Market. We Help Structure the Supply Behind It.

Gubore's global partner program is for people and companies that understand local customers, communicate effectively and can develop demand for modular container homes and project buildings.

Our role is to support product selection, configuration, quotation and factory coordination. Your role is to create and manage local opportunities, maintain customer relationships and support the parts of the transaction agreed in your partner model.

Plain-language policy: participation normally begins on a non-exclusive basis. Registered opportunities can receive defined protection. Broader territory rights are earned through performance and require a separate written agreement.

03 / Opportunity Protection

Protect the Work That Creates the Opportunity

A partner should not lose a customer simply because the buyer later contacts the factory directly. Our intended framework uses written opportunity registration, confirmation and coordinated pricing instead of informal promises.

01 / REGISTER

Partner Submits the Lead

Customer identity, country, project summary and current status are submitted through the agreed channel.

02 / CONFIRM

Gubore Reviews & Confirms

We check whether the opportunity is new, active, sufficiently identified and eligible for protection.

03 / COORDINATE

One Commercial Direction

Product configuration and factory pricing are coordinated with the registered partner for the confirmed opportunity.

04 / REWARD

Partner Role Is Recognized

If the opportunity converts within the protected terms, the agreed margin or commission model applies.

!
Protection is specific, not automatic or permanent.

Lead protection only applies after written confirmation and for the stated customer, project, product scope, territory and validity period. Inactive, duplicate, pre-existing, public-tender, key-account or unverified opportunities may be excluded or handled under separate rules.

04 / Customer Routing

What If the Customer Contacts Gubore Directly?

The answer depends on whether the opportunity was registered and what the written partner agreement covers.

Registered lead

Coordinate with the registered partner

Where a valid protected opportunity exists, Gubore intends to keep commercial communication aligned with that partner instead of opening a competing factory quotation path.

Unregistered lead

Handled as a new direct enquiry

If no protected registration exists, Gubore may respond directly or decide whether a qualified local partner should support the opportunity.

Territory enquiry

Follow the written territory agreement

A non-exclusive partner does not automatically own every enquiry in a country. Enhanced routing applies only where written territorial rights have been granted.

Price coordination

Avoid competing against the same partner

For a confirmed protected opportunity, quotation strategy should be coordinated so the factory does not knowingly undercut the authorized partner on the same defined scope.

05 / Mutual Commitments

A Partnership Works Only When Both Sides Have a Job to Do

The exact division of responsibility is defined by the signed agreement and transaction model.

Questions Before You Apply

Program details vary by country, partner model and written agreement.

Is the Gubore partner program exclusive?

Normally no. New relationships generally begin on a non-exclusive basis. Exclusive or enhanced territory rights may be negotiated later based on market investment, performance, service capability and agreed targets.

Do I need to purchase inventory before becoming a partner?

Inventory or sample requirements depend on the selected partner model and market plan. Referral partners may not need inventory, while distributors or territory-development partners may agree to samples, stock or purchase targets.

Is there an annual minimum purchase requirement?

Entry-level participation does not automatically imply a public fixed annual minimum. Purchase or sales targets may apply where distributor pricing, enhanced support, exclusivity or territory rights are negotiated.

How are commissions or partner margins calculated?

The commercial structure may use referral commission, partner margin or another agreed model. Rates depend on product, order scope, partner responsibility, market and transaction structure and are confirmed in writing.

How does lead registration protect an agent?

The partner submits an identifiable opportunity, and Gubore confirms whether it is eligible for protection. If accepted, the customer, project, product scope and validity period are recorded so factory communication can be coordinated with the partner.

What happens if my registered customer contacts Gubore directly?

For a valid protected opportunity, Gubore intends to coordinate the enquiry with the registered partner according to the written terms rather than knowingly create a competing quotation path for the same scope.

Can more than one partner operate in the same country?

Yes, unless a written agreement grants defined exclusive rights. Partners may focus on different regions, products, customer types or channels within the same country.

Does Gubore provide marketing and technical support?

Available support may include selected product images, specifications, layout coordination, quotation assistance and technical clarification for qualified opportunities. The exact support package depends on the partner level and agreement.

Is this webpage a binding agency agreement?

No. This page is a program overview only. Legal status, authority, territory, customer ownership, compensation, targets, taxes, compliance, termination and other rights arise only from a signed agreement and applicable law.
