Website Use & Enquiry Terms

Terms &
Conditions

These terms govern access to the Gubore website and the use of its product, project and partnership information.

Last updatedAugust 12, 2026
01Website Information

General information is provided for research and enquiry purposes.

02Quotes & Orders

A website enquiry is not an order or binding supply agreement.

03Project Responsibility

Local approvals, site work and final suitability require separate confirmation.

Important distinction

The website helps visitors research products and begin a conversation. Product supply is governed by the specifications, quotation, proforma invoice, purchase agreement or other written contract accepted for the particular transaction.

01

Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing or using gubohouse.com, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

In these terms, “Gubore,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to the business operating the Gubore Modular Houses website. “You” and “your” refer to the website visitor or the person or organisation making an enquiry.

02

Website Information

The website provides general information about modular container houses, applications, manufacturing capabilities, project planning and related services. Content is intended to support initial research and communication.

  • Images, renderings, drawings and layouts may show examples, options or completed projects.
  • Colours, dimensions, materials and finishes displayed on a screen may differ from supplied products.
  • Articles and guides are general information and are not engineering, architectural, legal, customs, tax or building-code advice.
  • Website content may be updated, corrected, replaced or removed without notice.

We aim to keep information useful and accurate but do not guarantee that every page is complete, current or suitable for a particular project.

03

Enquiries, Communications and Quotations

Submitting a website form, email, telephone request or messaging enquiry does not create an order, agency relationship, exclusivity arrangement or binding obligation to supply.

Any initial price, lead-time indication, shipping estimate or product recommendation is subject to review of the application, quantity, specification, destination, commercial scope and availability. A quotation is valid only for the period and scope stated in that quotation.

Check the quotation carefully

You are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, quantities, drawings, exclusions, Incoterms where used, payment terms, destination assumptions and other commercial details before acceptance.

04

Products, Specifications and Customisation

Product availability and configuration depend on the selected modular system and the agreed supply scope. Specifications shown on the website are illustrative unless incorporated into an accepted written agreement.

  • Custom layouts and options may require technical review and additional cost.
  • Substitute components of comparable function or quality may be proposed when a specified item is unavailable, subject to the applicable agreement.
  • Manufacturing tolerances, minor colour variation and reasonable differences between samples, screens and production materials may occur.
  • Changes requested after drawings, specifications or production have been approved may affect price and schedule.

Only the final approved drawings, specifications and written commercial documents define the product to be supplied.

05

Orders and Contract Formation

An order becomes binding only when the parties complete the acceptance steps specified in the relevant commercial documents, which may include written confirmation, signed documents and receipt of an agreed deposit or payment.

We may decline or request changes to an order before acceptance where requirements are incomplete, commercially impractical, outside available capacity, inconsistent with applicable restrictions or otherwise unsuitable.

Cancellation, variation, inspection, warranty, claims and after-sales obligations are governed by the transaction-specific agreement. If these website terms conflict with an accepted written supply agreement, the accepted supply agreement controls for that transaction.

06

Pricing, Taxes and Payment

Website content does not constitute a standing price offer. Prices may vary according to dimensions, materials, configuration, quantity, production schedule, exchange rates, shipping market conditions and other cost factors.

  • Prices include only the items expressly stated in the applicable quotation.
  • Taxes, duties, customs charges, bank fees, inspection charges and destination costs may be excluded unless expressly included.
  • Payment currency, schedule, banking details and payment method will be stated in the relevant commercial documents.
  • You should verify payment instructions through an established contact channel before transferring funds, particularly if banking details appear to change.
07

Production, Shipping and Delivery

Production and delivery dates are estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing. Timing may be affected by technical approvals, requested changes, payment, material availability, inspections, carrier schedules, port conditions, customs, weather, force majeure events and other circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Responsibilities for freight booking, insurance, export documentation, import clearance, unloading, storage, risk transfer and delivery are determined by the agreed commercial terms and any applicable Incoterm stated in the contract.

You are responsible for providing accurate destination, consignee and import information and for confirming that access, unloading equipment and storage arrangements are suitable.

08

Site Conditions, Installation and Local Requirements

Unless expressly included in the agreed supply scope, the buyer or project owner is responsible for site investigation, foundations, access, cranes, local labour, installation supervision, utility connections, permits and professional services.

Local approvalsPlanning, zoning, structural, fire, electrical, plumbing, accessibility, energy and other requirements must be confirmed locally.
Site suitabilityGround conditions, wind, snow, seismic conditions, drainage, access and utility capacity require site-specific assessment.
InstallationProducts must be handled and installed according to approved information and appropriate professional practice.
ModificationsUnauthorised cutting, loading, relocation or alteration may affect performance and any applicable warranty.

Website information does not confirm compliance with every jurisdiction. Qualified local professionals and authorities should review the intended project before purchase and installation.

09

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the website design, text, graphics, logos, product presentation, original diagrams, downloads and other website content are owned by or licensed to Gubore and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may view and print reasonable portions for internal evaluation of a potential purchase. You may not reproduce, republish, sell, scrape, systematically download, remove attribution from, or commercially exploit website content without prior written permission.

Third-party trademarks, images or materials remain the property of their respective owners.

10

Acceptable Use

You must not use the website to:

  • Break applicable law or infringe another person’s rights.
  • Submit false, misleading, unlawful, abusive or malicious information.
  • Upload malware or attempt to disrupt, probe or gain unauthorised access to systems.
  • Harvest personal information, send spam or automate excessive requests.
  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent authority to act for an organisation.
  • Copy the website or use its content to create a misleading affiliation with Gubore.

We may restrict access or take protective action when misuse or security risk is suspected.

11

Third-Party Links and Services

The website may contain links to maps, messaging platforms, social networks, carriers, payment services or other third-party websites. These services are operated independently and are governed by their own terms and policies.

A link does not necessarily mean that Gubore controls, guarantees or endorses all content or services available from that third party. Use third-party services at your own discretion.

12

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the website and its general informational content are provided on an “as available” basis without warranties that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or suitable for a particular purpose.

Gubore is not responsible for decisions made solely in reliance on general website content, or for loss resulting from third-party websites, inaccurate information supplied by a visitor, local approval requirements, site conditions or matters outside the agreed product scope.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Gubore will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising solely from use of or inability to use the website. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Transaction-specific rights remain separate

Product warranties, remedies, liability limits and claims procedures for an accepted order are governed by the applicable written supply agreement and mandatory law.

13

Changes and General Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions when the website, business practices or legal requirements change. The revised version will appear on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the website after an update means the revised website terms apply to that later use.

If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision.

Questions about a specific order, governing law or dispute procedure should be addressed under the relevant quotation, purchase agreement or other accepted commercial document.
